Ticketing Terms & Conditions
Patrons voluntarily and knowingly assume all risk of illness or injury associated with attending a live performance with other patrons, including, without limitation, the possibility of exposure to or infection by COVID-19 (the “Claims”). Patrons acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure and infection.Purchase and/or use of a ticket for an event represents a release of liability and a waiver of the right to sue Confluence Council, Inc., doing business as Pablo Center at the Confluence (“Pablo Center”), its management, employees or agents, and any artists, performers, or volunteers, for any and all injuries, including illness, disability, or death, resulting from or associated with the Claims. By purchasing a ticket, on your behalf and on behalf of your guests, you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Pablo Center and its vendors, their related affiliate companies, and all contractors, sponsors, employees, agents, artists and representatives, of and from the Claims. You understand and acknowledge that this waiver and release of liability includes any Claims based in whole or in part on the actions, omissions, or negligence of any released party.
Purchase and/or use of a ticket represents the agreement to comply with and adhere to any and all rules, regulations, terms and conditions of the event, including all protocols related to COVID-19. COVID-19 related health protocols which may be in effect at the time of performance, include, without limitation, the following potential requirements: mask or face coverings, temperature checks, testing, confirmation of prior travel to restricted areas and/or confirmation of no known symptoms of and exposure to COVID-19. Pablo Center reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to health protocols according to updated public health guidance and law. Any ticket holder who does not comply with any COVID-19 related health protocol or other event regulation may be required to leave the theater, and his/her ticket will not be refunded. Pablo Center and event presenters, agents, producers, and performers do not assume any liability for the failure to comply with event rules and regulations; the ticket holder assumes all risks involved.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Late seating is permitted at the discretion of the director at an appropriate break in the action. You may be seated in an alternate location designated for late arrivals and take your original seats at intermission.
No exchanges, donations, returns or refunds will be issued for any tickets listed for sale through brokers, agencies or third-party sellers.
