Pablo Center Welcomes its Partners & Local Nonprofit Arts Groups

Eau Claire was an arts town long before Pablo Center rose at the Confluence, thanks in no small part to the passion of our Constituent Arts Groups. From theatre and classical music to jazz, choral music, literary and visual arts – they represent the best of the Chippewa Valley. Local partners and nonprofit arts groups are vital to Pablo Center and its mission, and we are thrilled to support and celebrate their extraordinary work.

Volume One

UW-Eau Claire

University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire brings its show downtown. As a founding member in Pablo Center at the Confluence, the state-of-the-art space provides opportunities for rehearsal, teaching and performing, supporting UW-Eau Claire’s distinctive programs in theatre arts, music, and art & design.

Eau Claire Children’s Theatre

Since its founding in 1989, the Eau Claire Children’s Theatre has provided quality theatrical performances for theatre lovers of all ages as cast, crew and audience members. A non-profit, volunteer-driven organization, ECCT has dedicated 30 years of service to the community.

The Master Singers

The Master Singers, a community chamber ensemble with membership from throughout the Greater Chippewa Valley, performs repertoire from a rich choral tradition. The ensemble is noted for their ongoing dedication to fostering the promotion and appreciation of chorcal music in the area.

Chippewa Valley Symphony Orchestra

Founded in 1975, the Chippewa Valley Symphony continues to provide memorable symphonic experiences to audiences across the Chippewa Valley. The symphony aims to increase the understanding and appreciation of orchestral music in the region, expanding its audience through a diverse selection of artists and arrangements, and provide opportunity for talented local musicians to perform.

Eau Claire Chamber Orchestra

The Eau Claire Chamber Orchestra brought professional chamber music to the Chippewa Valley of western Wisconsin for over 20 years. ECCO is proud to bring music to the Chippewa Valley region that is performed by approximately 40 musicians with careers leading them to perform internationally and to teach in university and professional studio settings.

Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild

The Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild is a volunteer-driven arts organization serving the greater Eau Claire area since its first season in 1982. The CTVG develops, encourages, and promotes opportunities for community members of all ages to experience live theatre arts, whether in the audience, onstage, backstage, behind-the-scenes, or in a classroom at The Grand or at Pablo Center at the Confluence.

Chippewa Valley Jazz Orchestra

Since 2009, the Chippewa Valley Jazz Orchestra’s goal has been to raise public awareness of the richness and complexity of the one true American musical art form, jazz, with musicians in the Chippewa Valley, including full-time performers, music educators, students, and other community members with a passion for the art of the big band. This collection of talent makes it possible for the CVJO to tackle a wide variety of musical styles and eras. Their concerts reflect both the traditions that are the underpinnings of jazz, as well as the works of more modern composers.

Eau Claire Jazz, Inc.

The mission of Eau Claire Jazz, Inc. is to educate, entertain, promote, and perpetuate the worldwide cultural experience of jazz. Since 1967, they provided exciting and authentic jazz experiences, inspiring audiences to build a life-long appreciation for jazz. In partnership with UW-Eau Claire, Eau Claire Jazz, Inc. brings the Eau Claire Jazz Fest. The regional music festival has earned distinction as one of the oldest and largest student-run events providing local, national and international artists the opportunity to showcase their creative work.

Eau Claire Male Chorus

Established in 1946, the Eau Claire Male Chorus is the longest standing performing arts group in the Chippewa Valley. Boasting a wide repertoire of musical genres, ECMC strives to serve as musical ambassadors in the community providing entertainment for all who have a love of music.
