Patrons who do not wish to download the app may elect to purchase tickets in-person at our box office, or utilize our ticketing mailing or Box Office Will Call pick-up services. Additional charges may apply for mailing and Will Call pick-up.

GETTING STARTED

What is AXS Mobile ID?

AXS Mobile ID is identity-based ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience to securely manage tickets online or in the AXS app and is the preferred method of entry for the venue. AXS Mobile ID gives you the ability to buy, transfer or sell tickets through an official marketplace endorsed by the venue.

How do I create an AXS Account?

Upon purchasing tickets, your AXS tickets will be automatically added to your existing AXS account. If you do not currently have an AXS account you will be instructed to create one during your purchase. You can also create an account without purchasing tickets by going to axs.com and enter basic account information. After completing the account information, you may buy, sell or manage any seats in your account.

USING YOUR TICKETS

HOW USE MY DIGITIAL TICKET?
  1. If you haven't already, download the AXS app. (You can find instructions on downloading in you ticket confirmation email from AXS)
  2. Open the app and sign in to see your tickets.
  3. Show the ticket in the app to our ushers, who will get them scanned before you enter the theatres.
  4. Enjoy the event!
    If you have purchase tickets for a group, make sure everyone enters together or transfer tickets to friends before the event. Have your guests follow the steps to receive ticket transfers.
WHAT IF MY GUESTS ARRIVE AT DIFFERENT TIMES?

Many fans find it best to transfer the seats to their guests prior to the event. This way your guests will be able to enter the theatres when they arrive using their own AXS Mobile ID.

TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKETS

WHAT IS A TICKET TRANSFER?

A ticket transfer allows you to digitally give each guest in your party their own ticket via AXS Mobile ID. With seat transfers, you no longer need to worry about delivering the paper tickets to them in advance or meeting them outside of the doors to walk in together. There is no fee for transferring seats and you are allowed unlimited transfers.

Your guests will need to create an AXS account to receive tickets. Guests can transfer the tickets back to you if they can’t attend or you can cancel the transfer if they have yet to set up their AXS account. If they already have an AXS account set up the tickets will go in their account automatically.

HOW DO I TRANSFER TICKETS?
  1. Click the Transfer button next to the event in your AXS account.
  2. Select the tickets to transfer and enter the recipient's information.
  3. On the review page, click the Transfer button to send the tickets.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY TRANSFER WAS SUCCESSFUL?

Review your transfer history within the AXS app by clicking on My Events and selecting Transferred. You may also review your transfers and purchase history at axs.com.

HOW DO I ACCEPT TRANSFERRED TICKETS?

If you already have an AXS account, the tickets will be transferred to your account automatically. If you do not have an AXS account, you’ll receive an email with instruction on how to create an AXS account to claim the tickets that are being transferred to you.

ONCE I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE AXS APP AND AXS ACCOUNT, DO I HAVE TO ACCEPT THE TRANSFER EVERY TIME?

No. Once you have an account, tickets transferred to you will be automatically accepted by your account.

CAN SEATS BE TRANSFERRED TO SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T HAVE AN AXS ACCOUNT?

Yes! They’ll just have to create an AXS account to claim their tickets. When it’s time for the event, make sure they download the AXS App, login with the email address associated with the transfer, scan their mobile ID at the gate and they are ready for the show.

CAN I CANCEL A TRANSFER?

If your friend already has an AXS account, the tickets will be transferred instantaneously and no longer be able to cancel the transfer. Otherwise, you have until your friend creates an account to cancel the transfer. Remember, your friends can always transfer tickets back to you.

Selling Your Tickets

What is AXS Official Resale?

AXS Official Resale is the official marketplace for reselling ticket. Tickets purchased through unofficial sources (such as Craigslist, StubHub, etc.) may not be valid and cannot by guarenteed as valid by Pablo Center. Buying and selling tickets via AXS Official Resale is secure and easy way to get tickets. AXS Official Resale may not be available for all events.

How do I sell my tickets?

  1. Click the Sell button next to the event in your AXS Account.
  2. Select the tickets to sell, and then set your price and selling options.
  3. On the Review page, click the “List Tickets” button to finish.

When your tickets sell, you’ll receive an email informing you of the sale. The tickets will be delivered to the buyer automatically. You’ll be able to request a payment distribution from your AXS account on axs.com to your bank account. 

How do I know if I can sell my tickets?

Resale of tickets is at the discretion of the promoter, artist, or team. If you see a Sell button next to your tickets in your account, you can sell them.

When I buy tickets, do I have to deal with the seller?

Never. AXS handles payment and delivery, so buyers and sellers never interact with each other. Buyers get tickets delivered straight to their AXS accounts, and sellers can request funds via direct deposit.

When does a ticket listing expire?

When listing tickets, the seller decides how long your listing will be available for others to buy. The listing can be removed by the seller at any time as long as tickets haven’t sold. Sellers can choose from the following options:

  • One Day from Now
  • One Week from Now
  • One Day Before Event
  • One Hour Before Start Time
  • At Event Start Time
  • One Hour After Event Start Time
How do I remove a listing?
  1. Sign into your AXS Account and click Listings.
  2. Choose a listing and click Retract.
  3. Click Yes, Retract Now.

Your tickets will no longer be listed for others to buy.

What is AXS Official Resale and where do the tickets come from?

AXS Official Resale is the safe and easy way to buy and sell unused tickets from other fans. Buyers get 100% valid and authentic tickets delivered straight to their AXS accounts, and sellers get paid by direct deposit.

What if a show is sold out?

AXS Official Resale is only a verified marketplace where fans can connect to buy and sell tickets.

AXS FAN ACCOUNT

As part of Pablo Center’s navigation to AXS ticketing, we have implemented to a new online Membership hub called the AXS Fan Account.

This will be your one-stop shop for Member Exclusive discounts, event presales, and managing your tickets to upcoming events.

ACTIVATE YOUR AXS FAN ACCOUNT

How do I log into my Fan Account for the first time?
  1. Navigate to the AXS Fan Account.
  2. Click “Forgot Password” and enter the same email address that you currently use for your Pablo Center membership. Your membership is linked via your email address.
  3. Find the email from AXS in your email and click “Reset Your Password”.

    Your password must contain the following:
    1 uppercase character
    1 lowercase character
    1 number
    Minimum 8 characters

  4. Go back to AXS Fan Account tab and log in.
  5. You’ll need to verify your device. Click the “Send Email” button.
  6. Go to your email and find a new email from AXS.
    Click “Verify Device”.
  7. Close the tab that was opened or go back to AXS Fan Account.

You should now be logged in.
